Following the EMOM, Rollins incorporates bodybuilding exercises to target specific muscle groups. He then moves on to another metabolic conditioning workout, which involves descending reps of 27, 21, 15, and 9 of calories on a rower, dumbbell bench press, and toes to bar (an ab exercise). This high-intensity workout pushes Rollins to his limits and ensures a full sweat, a pumped chest, and a sore core.
